Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation & Change in Delivery Address
By placing an order, you agree that in case your shipping information needs to be updated or you wish to cancel your order, you have a right to do so within the first 3 hours after placing an order by contacting us via email at email@example.com. Once 3 hours have passed, we have sent your order to our fulfilment facility and any new change requests will not be fulfilled. Once 3 hours have passed, no refunds will be made on the basis of wrong shipping information or order cancellation. Once 3 hours have passed, the items must be returned for it to be eligible for a refund. Please refer below for refund eligibility.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the product was delivered as shown on the tracking of the logistics company, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To initiate your return process, reach out to us via email for return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but chicsome does not hold the responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after it is delivered. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact your local post office or the courier company to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs should you wish to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products that are covered under Super 30 day Money Back Guarantee consisting of JetBoost Shower Head and JetBoost Shower Set does not require you to return the product. If the product does not work as promised contact us within 30 days upon receiving it and send us pictures, we will replace it for free and if replacement is not an option, we will give you a full refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be able to process your refund if we did not receive your returned item.
Replacement (Faulty, Damaged, Not what you ordered upon receipt)
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please email us a picture or video of the item(s) showing the damaged or faulty part and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
1 Year Extended Warranty
If the product you are trying to place an order has this option during checkout shipping options, it means that you can choose to extend the warranty of the product you are purchasing to 1 year by paying US$9.99. If you purchased the product with this option, once our 30 day money back guarantee ends. Your product will be covered an additional 365 days. In this duration, if there is a manufacturer defect or malfunction, you will receive a free replacement upon contacting us with pictures.
